We are seeking an Apartment Building Maintenance Technician for buildings in Edmonton, AB and surrounding areas.

Specific Activities: Daily assistance to the Regional Manager as required in the following areas: garbage removal and recycling around bins including carts, grounds up keep such as, but not limited to, assist mowing lawns & yard work, clearing of debris gathered by parking lot curbs, assist with snow removal, etc., upkeep and tidiness of mechanical rooms, storage rooms, garage, tools, lawn equipment, etc., Work with minimal supervision.

Equipment Operated/Used: Power tools, Power lawn mowers, Small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments), Snow blowers, F550 including dump trailer, bobcat, skid steer, manlift, etc..

Maintenance Work: Minor plumbing, electrical and small repairs including drywall, painting & sanding. Work orders for occupied units, vacant unit turnover to make rent ready for next tenant.

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driver's validity license check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling
