Another first-time home secured 🏡 This is exactly why I keep saying - there are still opportunities out there if you’re prepared and ready to move when the right one comes up.

This journey started the way it usually does: questions, curiosity, and trying to make sense of it all. Things like “How does this even work?” and “Who do we talk to first?” - the real, honest questions.

When I first met them, they already had their pre-approval started and a clear idea of what they were looking for even down to the building and area they saw themselves in. From there, it was just about putting the pieces together and waiting for the right opportunity.

Yesterday was a good one. I finally got to hand the keys to my buyers 🥳

We went through a long list of homes together. Some looked great online but felt totally different in person, some were close but not quite it, and a few we knew right away weren’t the match. But every showing helped us narrow down what really mattered to them for their first home.

When this property came up, it just clicked. It wasn’t about a “dream home” moment, it was more that everything lined up and it felt like a place they could grow into. A place that made sense for how they live and where they’re headed.

Seeing them walk in today with their own keys felt solid. I’m really happy for them, and I’m glad I got to be part of the process from start to finish.
