We're looking for a Resale Transaction Coordinator to join the South Island Home Team.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in the Westshore, supporting our busy resale team and helping keep our transactions, listings, and client experience running smoothly from start to finish.

We're looking for someone who:

✔ Has exceptional attention to detail
✔ Communicates professionally and confidently
✔ Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Takes pride in doing things right

Real estate administration, conveyancing, legal administration, or transaction coordination experience is an asset, but finding the right person is our top priority.

It’s hard to believe that Emily has been part of our team for a full decade.

When Emily started with us, our business looked very different than it does today. We’ve grown, launched new projects, welcomed new team members, and navigated more challenges than I can count. Through it all, Emily has been a constant.

She is incredibly organized, loyal, hardworking, and always willing to do whatever needs to be done. She keeps us on track, keeps our clients taken care of, and somehow manages to stay calm when the rest of us are running in a hundred different directions.

So much of our success over the last 10 years is because of the work she does behind the scenes every single day.
