I'm beyond grateful for the past 7 days as we have had an extraordinary week of successful contracts go FIRM!
For those who have been following, the market is one Victoria hasn't seen in over 20 years. It takes patience, communication, positivity and finally, willingness to work (both buyers & sellers) together to find a common and positive result for all parties involved.
