Beacon Lodge

Beacon Lodge The Beacon Lodge is an apartment building in Victoria,BC. It was originally built in 1949 as a motel. All 12 are bachelors and come furnished.

The Beacon Lodge is best described as being shaped like a giant "U". The "B" Wing, which would be the left side of the U was built in the 1960's and contains 12 suites. They face south and have views of the Olympic Mountains. The main building, or the bottom of the "U", was built in 1949. It has
4 one bedrooms and 30 bachelors. These suites face east and most have views of Beacon Hill Park. The r

ight side of the "U", or the "A" Wing, is the oldest part of the building. It's foundations date back to 1889, when it was known as Beacon Cottage. In 1946, Josheph Cote bought the land and Beacon Cottage and converted into the Transiant Lodge. It was then added to the main building in 1949 when it became Beacon Lodge. It has 9 bachelors and 4 one bedrooms, with most having views of Battery St.

Another huge transformation at the Beacon Lodge to round off 2025! We had the opportunity to spend some extra time on this unit so we decided to completely reimagine the kitchen layout. By removing the walls and window we were able to design a more open and functional space!
