SEPTEMBER MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

September saw 463 properties sold across the Victoria Real Estate Board region, down 16.4% from September 2025. At the same time, inventory continued to grow, with active listings up 3.2% year-over-year, giving buyers more choice heading into the fall.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• September sales were 16.4% lower year-over-year.
• There were 3.2% more active listings than last September.
• The benchmark price for a single-family home was $1,280,100.

• There were 1.7% more active listings than the previous year.
