Looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (preferably but will compromise), a single garage & parking out front for 2 cars. Single family home, 1/2 duplex or townhouse in Colwood, Langford, View Royal, Thetis Heights or Sidney. Can move in anytime between March 1 - May 1.
Have excellent references, retired, no kids, no pets, no smoking. Price range between $2,500 & $3,000. Thank you
