Exciting news!

It’s time we get back into the swing of things! 😎

The past 4 years have been CRAZY! From the “C” word shutting down all in-person events to the BOC and Governments shutting down projects and many styles of real estate investing.

Finally though, it is starting to feel like a balanced market once again!

And I don’t know about you, but the last time we were in a balanced market (2016/17) I picked up some pretty amazing real estate deals!

But that’s not even the exiting bit…

When you’re like me, you force yourself to smile even through the hard times. It’s actually one of my 3 core values:

“Live every day grateful and with a smile on my face”.

Yea, it’s often tough to do. But like in civil engineering, you test how strong something is by finding its breaking point.

In many cases this year, I have been around people, just like you and I, who have been tested, pushed and bent even, but never broken.

People investing from across Canada, the US, and in amazing vacation destinations as well ☀️

Some have large multi-family portfolios. Others focus on small short term rentals, 6-12 unit infill developments, luxury homes, and everything in-between.

Many of them are people to learn from!

Big teams, small teams, NO TEAMS? Yup, you bet!. And all of them have BIG DREAMS.

I'm proud to call these folks my friends and my family. "FRAMILY".

They have big hearts, lots of lessons to share and knowledge to give!
