Celebrating a huge milestone today as my longtime friend and first-time homebuyer just secured his first home at Dockside Green! (That's a Condo Project by Bosa in Vic West, for those who don't know.)

We searched high and low, from Sidney to the Songhees, but something about Vic West—and especially the Dockside Project—felt like it was meant to be.
