It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Scott Piercy.

Scott was a co-founder of Engel & Völkers Vancouver Island and, for many of us, far more than that. He was a trusted leader, a mentor, and a friend. He brought a steady presence and a genuine care for the people around him. Scott took pride in building something meaningful, and in creating a culture grounded in collaboration, respect, and support.

His impact on this brokerage, and on the many people who had the privilege of working alongside him, will not be forgotten.

He will be deeply missed, as we carry on his legacy.

Another Record-Breaking Year!

The annual Realtor Food Bank Challenge, organized by the Oak Bay BIA, wrapped up with incredible community spirit once again. I’m proud to share that Engel & Völkers has taken the championship for the 6th year in a row, raising over $9,200 in funds and collecting more than 205 lbs of food for local families.

Since the Challenge began in 2018, participating brokerages have collectively raised over $86,000 and 19,000 lbs of food donations. And of that total, Engel & Völkers alone has contributed more than $40,000 and over 6,000 lbs of food, helping lead the way in supporting our community.

Huge congratulations as well to Pemberton Holmes and The Agency for their amazing contributions to this year’s event. Your dedication and generosity helped make this another impactful year for local families.

Casey knows that whether it’s your first real estate transaction or your fifteenth, buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make. With nearly 12 years of experience in the industry and now in her fifth year as a licensed Realtor, Casey brings a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and client-first approach to every relationship.

Her career began in a fast-paced real estate office in Victoria, BC, where she worked as an Executive Assistant and gained valuable insight into the intricacies of buying, selling, and client care. That early foundation shaped her into a highly organized, market-savvy, and relationship-driven agent with a clear focus on delivering exceptional service.

Born in the Yukon and raised on Vancouver Island, Casey has called Victoria home for the past 14 years. She spent her early years in Campbell River before moving to Nanaimo, where she graduated high school. She relocated to Victoria to attend university—and quickly fell in love with the city she now proudly calls home.
