Weather was gross, run was hard, but it was great to see everyone out giving it a go. Coach was out yelling cues, but I am listening a little less now 😀🤪

There’s been a lot of people in more corner as I have posted about before. But this guy has been there a long while and given me so much of his time.

has stayed late or come early more times then during office hours. He has travelled with me all over the world helping me achieve my goals and keeping my body healthy or recovering faster from injury.

Jamie has been an amazing therapist but he has been a great friend and mentor in life and business. Thank you Jamie for all you have done and continue to do. I’m still setting goals and pushing myself making my body hurt. More now at 43 then 20 years ago, but he still fixes me.

As I look forward to what’s next after my professional athlete career, I’m still an athlete and will always be one. I’m still pushing myself athletically, just not as hard, but I’m still needing help staying healthy. I’ve always had therapy partners that have taken care of me and Chris is one of those folks He’s helped me achieve an Ironman win at 42 and he’s keeping my calves from seizing up now👴🏻

Thanks for your continued help in achieving my goals, they’re just a little less fast now 👍

What a great few days of fun, friend and food. Vancouver Island has so many different options for mountain biking. We a explored a lot in three days.
🚴
Being able to join in on a guys trip last minute and not have to worry about how it will effect training is something I can get used to in retirement.

I’m still going to be racing but my life won’t revolve around it and the training for it.

Great to have a running partner and trying something new this morning. Running and guiding with Paralympian was a great start to the day. We’re both in off-season but we managed to do a little fartlek of 6x1min w/1min.

With friends and doing some guiding it was great to learn from Kyle how to do it. I grew up with a blind grandfather for many years so I’ve always appreciated how impressive athletes like Kyle are. Good times 👍
