🏡 Greater Victoria Real Estate Market | August 2026 Recap

Greater Victoria’s real estate market continued to show steady momentum in August, with sales activity reaching its strongest level in five years.

Inventory remained healthy, with 3,662 active listings at the end of the month — down 4.8% from July but slightly higher than August 2025.
