So 30 plus years ago, we had in Victoria here a similar situation as the IPro brokerage in Toronto.

While some in my industry do not like the oversight that we have, and the level it holds is to, even though it is very slow.

I am glad that we do have this supervision.

My heart goes out to the many people who may not have a deposit when their home is ready to close, or those that will lose their commissions. I hope both are very few.

So I am officially over the border, never have I crossed a border with so much emotion in me, crossing in was a lot less. Ukrainian people are resourceful, hardy, full of life, and battle weary, yet I can't see if we(the west) continue to support them, how they will be subjugated.
