🔹Media mogul David Black’s Riffington estate in Oak Bay’s Uplands hits the market for $28M🔹

The property is currently the most expensive residence listed for sale via MLS on Vancouver Island.

It’s pretty gnarly along the TCH this morning eastbound/southbound from the West Shore into the core.

This is what Millstream Road looks like as of 7:39AM, due to at least one collision on the highway, and reports of additional collisions elsewhere that are impacting feeder routes and detours.

Take it easy out there, give yourself extra time, and when you have a moment, write your MLA to remind them that this is not normal congestion for a relatively small urban area, and that infrastructure investment into Greater Victoria’s roadways and transit system has not kept up with population growth promoted by the federal and provincial governments.
