If 2023’s real estate market was a flight we would have experienced a lot of turbulence so far on this journey ✈️

October unit sales (407) were lower than we’ve seen in a decade, and we’ve broken the historical norm for peak listed inventory (July) by yet another month.

Certain segments of the market are competitive, others are sleepy and sluggish. We finally get another hold from the Bank or Canada, bond yields are dropping, and economic indicators are beginning to point to the end of the cycle. Rates may have peaked, but sentiment remains uncertain.

Despite all of the turbulence. One thing is for sure. As long as you have reliable pilots, you’ll be able to chart a course that gets you to your destination on time, or even ahead of schedule, and in perfect health.
