The apartment building is situated on a tree-lined street in the Central Park area of downtown Victoria, with the Crystal Pool complex and the Save-On Foods Arena in the neighborhood and the downtown core within walking distance. There are numerous parks close by, including Topaz and Royal Athletic, with tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, and the Victoria Curling Club in the neighbourh

ood. The area has excellent access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and transit, including to the University of Victoria and Camosun College. Many of the apartments are newly renovated, most of the apartments are larger than average, and the bachelor suites are arranged in such a way that they have the feel of a one bedroom suite. The building also includes excellent views of Victoria from many of the suites, private decks, an onsite laundry room with a coin-operated washer and a free dryer, available surface parking stalls, outdoor secure bike storage, and onsite indoor heated storage lockers. The building is clean, safe, pet friendly, well maintained and landscaped, and professionally managed, with daily on-site visits from the property manager.
