The waterfall island seats four (hello, family breakfasts and w**e nights with friends), and the quartz countertops pair perfectly with the marble slab backsplash behind the range — practical and stunning.

Here’s the detail most people miss: the second sink lives on a separate wall, tucked into its own private organize and wash zone. Mess stays hidden, beauty stays front and center. It’s the kind of thoughtful layout that makes everyday living feel effortless — function and design, working together.

The great room with stunning golden hour vibes all year long. Wide-plank flooring and a linear fireplace anchoring the space.
