Seven seasons sure have gone by fast!

I’ve had the privilege of coaching with the Wasaga Beach Minor Hockey Association for all of those seasons, and the other night we took a moment to recognize our U18B Rep senior class — nine players I’ve had the honour of watching grow into the outstanding young men they are today.

Hockey means something different to everyone, but to me, the most beautiful part of this game has always been the community it builds. The people who show up for each other — not just on the ice, but off it too.

Thank you to all the parents for entrusting me and the entire coaching staff this season.

Congratulations to this year’s senior class of players. We’re proud of you 👏🏻🏒🥅
