Feels a little surreal wrapping this one up.

Huge congratulations to my clients on closing the sale of their first family home. This was the place where life really started to take shape — routines, milestones, quiet moments you don’t think about until you’re packing them up. Homes like that leave a mark, even when it’s time to move on.

Now it’s on to the next chapter. New plans, new walls, new memories waiting to happen. And while the address changes, the meaning of that first home doesn’t really fade.

There’s something really special about watching everything come together for people who’ve been patiently waiting for the right place. I could feel their excitement building through the process, and seeing it all become real today… Well, that’s the part of this job I never get tired of.

A huge congratulations to my buyers on securing their new home in one of Waterloo’s most coveted neighbourhoods! 🎉 I could see their eyes light up the moment we walked in, the renovation, the layout, the setting… it all just clicked for them in a way that doesn’t happen every day.

There’s something special about finding a place that feels both elevated and comfortable, especially when it’s tucked onto a quiet court with that kind of privacy. I think that’s what made this one feel like the right move. A bit of luxury, a bit of calm, and plenty of space to grow into.
