📉Sales in April were down 13.4 % compared to March 2022.

We’re still in a seller market. More demand than supply but lately supply has increased which made a market to shift. Homes are sitting longer on the market. Multiple offers and bid situation has decreased. But, then again we see some properties getting multiple offers and are selling within a week.

For Sellers 🏡:
It is extremely important to be patient because the house will sell but will take a longer time in this market.

For Buyers 🛍 🛒:
Now may be the time to buy. Buyers have a large array of options. In some instances, buyers may submit an offer with the conditions.

Let me re-introduce myself ✨♥️
I was born in beautiful Serbia, but raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, and graduated from Eastwood Collegiate Institute and Humber College. I have been passionate about real estate since my earliest years. My family and friends describe me as easy going, friendly, and hardworking. I speak 3 languages including English, Serbian and Turkish. I am eager to learn new stuff everyday. Being a realtor is my dream job because everyday I am surrounded by wonderful people and helping them to find their nest or selling their childhood home. Or finding a space that turns a pair into a couple, one that nurtures families and memories.

My achievements include working with my fiance and his team on buying and selling properties, renovating and flipping homes, and collaborating to create new and unique construction projects. Being around people who are in construction gives me an opportunity to learn new things every day. So far, I was involved in at least 3 flip projects from beginning to an end. Currently, my fiance and I are constructing our first house. Our own little nest.

I love to start my life and put my roots in Kitchener-Waterloo. I am very happy to call this region my home for my family and also for my future family. Kitchener definitely has a special place in my heart filled with wonderful childhood memories.
