One of the most meaningful parts of this business is when someone is referred to me by their family members who have hired me previously — there’s a lot of trust in that, and I never take it lightly.

Not every house feels like home. With these clients, we walked through a few that checked all the boxes… but just didn’t feel right. I heard one of them say “I just don’t feel it” a few times.

Then we walked into this one- and I heard “I feel like this is home”. They could see themselves raising their kids here, using the pool they didn’t even know they wanted, and had a great spot for the piano to go. 🎹

You can’t always explain it, but when you know, you know!! 🏡

Sometimes it takes a village to get a home ready to list.

My Seller had a ton of work to do to get this home show ready. We called in a vast troop of trades people to help. I spent time weeding gardens, sweeping patios, and washing out the garage. And my stager absolutely killed it with this one - thank you 🙏

It all paid off as we got it sold quickly! And the bonus was getting an offer from a Realtor who is fair, kind, and easy to communicate with- and knows how to get things done!! Thanks !!
