He began his real estate career in 2002 as SoldBuyDennis and received numerous sales awards, including the International Diamond and Canadian Presidential Award. Dennis continued his traction and went on to be one of the top 5 teams every year since 2008 up till 2020 and was also named one of the top 50 teams in Canada with his previous Brokerage, placing him within the top 1% of Real Estate Agents in Canada. As an advocate learner, Dennis’s energy thrives off the success of others; and in doing so he has added teaching, coaching, and mentoring to his portfolio and is always attending informative seminars and courses to keep his real estate knowledge and skills current to better service clients. After 19 years in Real Estate, Dennis and his trusted partners have ventured out and joined forces with the global real estate brand Engel & Völkers and will continue to serve the Waterloo Region.
