La Co-Host is expanding 🤍

I’m excited to share that La Co-Host is expanding into Fintry and the surrounding areas, and I couldn’t think of a better property to start with.

Built in 2022, this beautiful Fintry home was thoughtfully designed by its owners to embrace everything they love about this little corner of the Okanagan. Peaceful surroundings, beautiful natural light, a huge outdoor living space and that relaxed West Coast feel.

Located near Fintry Provincial Park, the beach, boat launch and Fintry Falls, it’s the perfect spot for families looking to slow down, explore and enjoy the quieter side of the Okanagan.

Welcome to La Co-Host, Brad & Parker. I’m looking forward to taking care of this special place for you. 🤍

Our hearts are with everyone affected by the Quilpituk Creek wildfire.

Today, our focus remains on the safety of our guests, homeowners, staff, and the entire La Casa community following the evacuation order.

We are incredibly grateful to the firefighters, BC Wildfire Service, RCMP, BC Hydro crews, emergency personnel, and everyone working tirelessly to protect our community under incredibly difficult conditions.

We also want to thank our guests and homeowners for their patience, understanding, and kindness as we work through cancellations, refunds, and the many challenges that come with an emergency of this scale.

We’ll continue to provide updates directly to affected guests and owners as more information becomes available. Until then, please stay safe and follow all directions from emergency officials.

❤️ Thinking of everyone impacted.

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms, bonus moms, moms-in-law, grandmas, and mother figures out there🩶

Many people know me as the face behind La Co-Host, but behind the business I'm also a busy mom and bonus mom who's balancing family life alongside the busy vacation rental season.

This job often means working weekends, holidays, late nights, and answering messages while sitting at hockey rinks, school events, or in the car between cleans and check-ins. But at the heart of it all, family will always come first.
Today I'm feeling extra grateful for these five incredible humans and the beautiful chaos that comes with building both a business and a blended family.

Wishing all the hardworking moms and mother figures out there a day filled with love, appreciation, and maybe even a little quiet💕

Okanagan Moonlight Cottage ✨

Who said Airbnb photos don’t matter?

Bright, airy, and designed to make you feel something the second you walk in—this is exactly what stops the scroll and drives bookings.

✔️ Lake views from the dining table
✔️ Cozy, elevated bedrooms
✔️ Hot tub evenings > everything
✔️ Clean, cohesive design throughout

This is what happens when thoughtful design meets the right photography.

If your listing isn’t performing the way it should… it’s probably not the algorithm 👀

A few small updates to Vacation Mode this year.

We reinvest a little each season—nothing big, just things that make the space feel better for guests.

It adds up.

Still sitting in the top 10% in Kelowna for revenue year after year.

More to come.
