I don’t measure a good year in real estate by the number of homes sold.

Of course, handing over the keys or putting up a SOLD sign is always worth celebrating. But when I look back, it’s the people and the moments behind those sales that mean the most.

It’s the message from clients who are settling in and loving their new neighbourhood. The family who wasn’t sure the right home was out there — until we found it. Or reading a review and realizing what mattered most wasn’t just the result, but that they felt heard, supported and taken care of along the way.

Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and I never take it lightly when someone trusts me to be part of it.

That’s what makes a good year to me. ❤️
