Investment Property: Kelowna, BC

Congratulations to my wonderful clients and friends D&L on securing their first investment property in beautiful Kelowna BC. This was definitely one for the books for the three of us! It started out as a quick day trip on a wet but clear November morning to K-Town for some planned showings. What it ended up being was a wild adventure back navigating through one of BC’s biggest floods with the highways being washed out and us being stranded in Hope for three days together…just a Realtor and her clients; making memories, strengthening friendships and of course coming out victorious in a multiple offer situation! Yes, even though we had no way home a computer was found and I got that offer sent! After three long eventful and uncertain days, an eye-opening 30 minute helicopter ride got us over the mudslides and back to our families safe and sound.

Needless to say, YES I travel for work 😅
