By 2016, he had already worked in real estate for 3 years and was a proud member of the #1 team in his Re/Max Office, based on sales volume. Nevertheless, in 2018, Blake transferred his licence from British Columbia to Alberta and moved to his wife's hometown of Grande Prairie. “Living in GP was an incredible opportunity” Blake says. “I worked with local developers and focused on marketing and selling new construction for 4 years.”

Now in 2021, Blake has made it back to beautiful British Columbia with his wife and newborn son. His past real estate experiences with both residential resale and new construction, along with his marketing skills, make him an extremely well-rounded agent.
