SOLD | 564 Cowan Road, Bowen Island 🌲

This one was close to the heart. My sellers built this home 35 years ago and raised our family here. Parting with it was emotional, and the process needed to be thoughtful.

We spent over a month preparing the property together. I guided them through what to prioritize making sure it was manageable and strategic.

The marketing plan was all in. Drones, staging, video tour, lifestyle content, floorplans, social media campaign, custom feature sheets, school and trail info, and full international Engel & Völkers exposure. We listed and got an offer within the first 5 days - a big win in a market where homes on Bowen are averaging over 100 days on market in 2025.

The offer required careful negotiation and hands-on management of the due diligence process - inspections of the septic system, well and water supply, home, and even a private bridge.

In the end, we navigated it all to deliver a successful sale, easing my clients’ stress and allowing them to confidently pass the torch to a new family ready to make this home their own.

It just goes to show preparation and marketing are everything when selling your home, especially in today’s market!
