I love selling special and unique properties.
I love working with great people and good friends.
This sale combined all of the above. 🫶🏠
Listed to sold in a few days.
Bright, beautiful, peaceful Gem💎! From outside it's a cute, well-maintained 1950's home on a big lot. Inside it is lovingly renovated while maintaining the mid century character combined with modern practicality.
I'm honoured to help this amazing family sell their little Gem💎and very happy that they will still be local in their soon to be next home that I'm sure will also be filled with love and attention to detail just like this one was.

I've sold a few properties recently with these large solar systems. The owners love them. These systems feed into the grid when excess power is produced and draw from the grid when solar power is low. Most power bills are a rebate/credit, not a bill.

I think solar power can be an amazing supplement to our energy demands. In rural areas they can be put up discreetly and not be an eyesore.

The downside is the cost, and the time it takes to recover. There's government grants to help sometimes but I've been told you have to claim the rebate as income and then you get taxed and have to repay half the rebate to the government anyway. (So much of the rebate ends up being a make work bureaucracy exercise but that's a separate rant 🙄😀)

Solar power is simple useful technology. Not the total answer to our energy needs but I'd love to see more of these solar systems discreetly in use.

Fossil fuel isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Fossil fuel is still required to make the panels and to supply the power when solar doesn't.

But using solar as the simple technology it is, can reduce your bills(eventually), and from a real estate perspective- make your property more attractive to future buyers.

How did real estate ever trade before the internet??
And I guess how did anyone date before the internet?? Lol

I met my wife at a barn dance(sort of). Back in the olden days.
That’s probably how lots of real estate traded as well.

I still sell a decent amount of property that doesn’t show up online, so if you’re no finding what you’re looking for online let me know and I’ll see if I can hook you up. (Land, not dates) 👨🏼‍🌾💃
