FYI, here are some fall tips before snow flies. It is coming if we like it or not.
Fall Home Maintenance Tip #1: Exterior & Roof Maintenance
1. Gutters and Downspouts: Clear out leaves and debris to prevent ice dams and foundation flooding. Ensure downspouts direct water away from the house.
2. Roof Inspection: Check for missing, curled, or damaged shingles. Inspect the flashing around chimneys and vents to stop leaks.
3. Foundation & Siding: Seal cracks in the foundation or concrete paths to keep water out. Look for gaps that might allow pests to find shelter inside for the winter.
