It feels like yesterday when my Clients purchased #17 Northern Lights, but it was actually over 29 years ago! It was the first home that sold in the complex!
This was difficult for the family, but once they made the decision to sell last month, within 3 weeks we had the property beautifully staged (thanks to Whistler Lifestyle Design), had gorgeous photos taken and received multiple offers, ultimately selling for over list price giving the Sellers the perfect move out dates.
