One of the things I love about having been around Whistler for so many years is getting to see homes and neighbourhoods evolve.

Having been a local Realtor long enough to remember many of these homes in their original condition, I love seeing what happens when a property is thoughtfully renovated and brought back to life.

Sales activity was mixed. Townhome and condo sales declined, chalets held steady, and shared ownership sales increased.
Overall inventory remained consistent
A busy summer events calendar and strong visitor numbers continue to drive interest and inquiries from prospective buyers.

➡ Both sales and listings declined slightly, following the typical summer market pattern.
�➡ Inventory decreased across most segments. Condos were the exception.
�➡ Lower inventory may have some buyers waiting for more options in the potentially busier fall market.
�➡ For sellers, limited inventory can create an opportunity as motivated buyers have fewer properties to choose from.

As summer continues, market conditions remain balanced across Whistler and Pemberton, with opportunities emerging for buyers and sellers alike.
