Whistler Reception Services (WRS) are hiring for both full and part-time positions! We operate two multi-functional front desks for privately owned and rented properties throughout Whistler. We are seeking a committed, versatile and reliable employee who has a high attention to detail. The role involves working front desk shifts at both desk locations and occasionally assisting with pre-check in condo inspections.

We have:

A set schedule so you usually have the same days off
A variety of shifts to maximize the Whistler lifestyle (morning, afternoon, evening or mid shifts)
Winter season Ski pass
Opportunities to experience Whistler activities for free
Social team events
Opportunities to learn and develop in different aspects of the company (Sales, Marketing, Social media management, Accounting etc)
A variety of work; every day is different!

You have:

A positive attitude
Customer service or sales experience
Multi-tasking, time management and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
A valid Canadian Work Permit (if applicable)
Administrative experience (preferred)

It's an exciting time for Whistler as we head into Step 3 of BC's Restart Plan from tomorrow!

Step 3 of BC's Restart will begin on July 1. What does this mean for you? Larger gatherings, Canada-wide travel, and stadium events are permitted.
