The Whistler market remained resilient despite a slight dip in overall sales, with the slowdown largely concentrated in condos. Chalets and townhomes performed strongly, with increased sales and steady pricing, keeping total dollar volume nearly unchanged. Buyer activity stayed healthy, with over half of new listings selling during the year. Looking ahead, chalet and townhouse markets are expected to remain stable, while condo sales are forecasted to rebound into 2026.

Pemberton saw steadier performance in townhomes, softer condo activity, and stable pricing overall. With interest rates expected to hold and buyer confidence gradually improving, 2026 may present new opportunities for both local and out-of-area buyers across the Sea to Sky.
