The Whistler nightly rental market continues to present STRONG opportunities for buyers.
In May, 17 unrestricted nightly rental properties sold across Whistler, which was 23% below the five-year average of 22 sales. New inventory remained relatively limited, with 23 new listings coming to market—down 28% from April’s 32 new listings.

The Benchlands led the way with 7 new unrestricted nightly rental listings added during the month. The highest sale was a remarkable $5,500,000 property at First Tracks Lodge in Creekside, while the most affordable unrestricted nightly rental sold for $720,000, Gondola Village, also in Creekside.

With 6.8 months of inventory currently available, market conditions favour Buyers. There’s more selection, increased negotiating power, and an opportunity to secure an investment property in one of Canada’s most sought-after resort destinations.
