Some things in real estate can’t be measured in numbers.

When Martha first reached out about renting out her home, she was understandably nervous. She had heard the horror stories and wasn’t sure becoming a landlord was the right decision.
We had an honest conversation about the risks, the do’s and don’ts, and what she should realistically expect, no sugarcoating, no pressure.

Proof that sometimes the hardest part is... waiting for the moving truck.

This one took a little longer because the unit was still occupied, but as soon as the tenant moved out, we hit the ground running and found an amazing new tenant within just a few days!

Huge congratulations to my client for trusting the process (and not panicking during the waiting game). Patience paid off, and it looks like we’ve found a fantastic tenant!
