Colourful, dark; a blend of it all

The canvas my life is painted on, can look like anything

Although I want it to look like sunshine and rainbows all the time...maybe that's not intended for me

I have a purpose here, I was put here for a reason

Full disclosure, I went from posting everyday, every other day, weekly, monthly, then to just at random. Empathic Relations went from being an independent public relations business to an absolute random jumble of content.

I hear what you're saying, I hear your advice, I see your example but I still don't know how.

How? It's a powerful question.

I know how my car drives, I have a small idea of the way a car functions but I still don't know how it actually gets me places, it just does.

I don't have to know, I just gotta go. When I don't know how, I know WHO.

I know God knows all and I trust in his all-knowing light to guide me when I don't know HOW.

Those words say it all but I'll take it a little deeper...

Think of all the things that don't feel good to you. Have you ever thought that maybe these things happened FOR good.

What do I mean by this? Well let me give you an example. Exercise may not feel good to you but it's good for you, sometimes honesty may not feel good but it's for good, working hard can feel tiring and blah but it's for GOOD. I can go on and on with examples but I really hope you understand that sometimes the things that don't feel good are still serving a good overall purpose.

I like to imagine myself to be a 'light' floating around in the world. What's great about this imagination is it's simple. You are light. You bring your light everywhere you go. Your light is significant because it keeps the world illuminated.

Sometimes your light dims, they're many reasons why this happens but don't let yourself forget how important your light is.

RELIGION AND POLITICS - two topics we're ALLL told by our peers to avoid discussing about because it mayyy be offensive. OH WELL, here goes 😁

I'm here to tell you something so listen up.

Too many of you have been fighting battles completely ALONE. I for one used to fight, fight and fight against the enemies in my life without anyone's help! I found myself broken in the end of those battles, not strengthened rather I was bitter, thinking why me? Why me God? Why did that happen to me, WHY?

Here's what I'm here to tell you. STOP FIGHTING ALONE. Reach out, ask, seek, plead, say something! I'm telling you that I don't where I'd be if it wasn't for the resources that I turned to in my times of need.

Now the most important thing I'm here to tell is, God is the BEST, most HIGHEST resource there is and thanks to Jesus Christ that is made possible. For those who know what I'm talking about, AMEN. For those who have no clue, I encourage you to reach out, ask, seek and plead for the truth. If you want to know more about Jesus, if you want to know more about why he came to the Earth, why he had to die, if you are ever so slightly curious... Message me NOW. It will bring me SO MUCH JOY to share with you, the living truth that I've received from Jesus Christ himself.

Here's a list of things I can't afford:

-Self-doubt
It keeps me in hiding from the light that comes with believing in myself

-Insecurity
It's hard thinking I'm not enough all the time with every aspect of my life, it's a waste of time

-Pride
it's just too heavy to carry, I'm vulnerable, I'm human, I fall and I'm not afraid if others see that

I pray for the power to remove the things I no longer can afford, the things that aren't profitable in my life.

I believe we weren't meant to afford them to begin with.

Make way for the things I can afford in my life, perhaps even things I never thought I could afford. Make room God. Amen.
