😬 I’ve always struggled with asking my “work friends” for reviews. My goal has simply been to be genuine with every single person I work with — and asking for praise can feel like making it about me, which isn’t why I’m in this business.

When someone sends a message about how happy they were with the process, my instinct is to keep it close (okay… maybe share it with my kids so they think I’m still relevant 🤪).
