What an amazing day today. I think I received one of the highest honours of my life today. I am a facilitator.
This is going to be a little bit of a long post, but please take the time to read this if you have any interest in building a following.
Years ago, I was overwhelmed with a desire to help people. Now, many people won’t understand what I mean by that. And even more people, my wonderful, beautiful haters will spin that into some negative crap.
I began building a following intentionally 19 years ago.
I spent years building businesses and helping people.
About six years ago, I opened up publicly with my years of experience in real estate investing.
I started investing in real estate in 2001. For 16 years, I kept it completely private. All of the money that I made another businesses I would secretly put into real estate.
But then I was led to start teaching other people how to build real estate businesses .
This is when I launched cottage dream vacations as a company where I could continue to build my real estate portfolio but also help teach people.
Over the last six years hundreds of thousands of people across Canada have started paying attention to me and learning about fundraising and vacation rentals.
This caused me to launch one of the most amazing mastermind groups that I have ever been a part of, The Syndicate.
The Investor’s Growth Syndicate is a mastermind group where I teach people how to raise money for real estate deals. The mastermind group has already grown to 100’s of people right across Canada.
As part of the syndicate, I offer its members online training systems that teach them how to build a following, how to raise money, and how to build short term rentals.
As this group began to grow, I was very humbled to see that investors with eight and nine figure portfolios were joining the group to learn my unique online techniques for raising capital.
Also, as part of the syndicate program, we offer live mastermind events at our headquarters in Whitby.
This weekend we are hosting 70 real estate investors at our office.

and this is where I might have had one of the most unique breakthroughs in my business career.
I coordinated an entire day of training for our members.
And I invited three people who are all very successful real estate investors to do the training. These three coaches are now trusting me to help them launch their own real estate, coaching businesses.
I’m doing all of this for them and in return they’re helping me to teach all of our members in this syndicate.
Now this syndicate will have a group of 15 to 20 seven figure real estate investors who are also coaches.
So when somebody joins the syndicate, they can also get one on one coaching to help them expedite how fast they start making money.
The members of the syndicate constantly talk about the fact that they believe that our mastermind group is one of the most unique real estate mastermind groups in this country. 
But here’s the breakthrough I had today, I didn’t do any teaching today.
I’m teaching these three coaches how to teach other people. And I let them do all of the teaching. Now I did jump in between sessions and give little tips and reviews and I did lead a really amazing group study program in the afternoon, but the most amazing part for me is the fact that I didn’t teach today, I facilitated. I hope three people launch their coaching careers and trusted them to impart their wisdom on people who trust me.

I am so excited to watch the syndicate grow &  I am so honoured that our members trust me to help them on the real estate journeys.
Tomorrow, I am going to take the same members into an actual live project where I have recently purchased a house that we are renovating to increase the value. Once we increase the value, we will sell the property and realize a profit of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The best part of belt this is that we will buy the property renovated and sell it in 90 days , and I get to show everybody exactly how to do this.
