Well, we made it👏. Summer is coming to an end and the real estate market is finally reaching a point where Buyer's can make informed decisions🤔 without the fear of losing out on a home that may sell in less than 24 hours.⏳️
I remember the days when selling a home under 30 days was cause for a celebration🎉!
After the year we've had🤪, consumers became used to offloading their homes in less that 7 days and in most cases, for over asking💰.
It was a wild ride🎢, but not sustainable📊.
Perspective is everything👀. While it may seem as though the market has slowed down, the truth is the market is actually coming into balance⚖️.
