I just noticed that I have not posted anything about myself and my background.

I have been an elementary school teacher for the past 21 years educating our next generations!

About 13 years ago, I started staging for my BF who is in Real Estate!

I developed a love for helping and educating people in Real Estate!

Which continues to grow each and every year and is definitely a passion of mine!

I have met so many amazing people who have touched my life and I have been honored to help them prepare their home for sale!

My love and passion for education and helping others create their dreams has lead me to grow a successful Staging business!

I continue to educate children, along with marketing homes for sale but now have added to that list... I am now a Realtor!

Pillows on the bed!

Is it realistic to have so many pillows on your bed on a daily basis?

Well this really is a personal choice!

One person may say, it is too much of a hassle to put them on the bed each day and then take them off.

However, if you take the time to place them on your bed each and everyday, when you come back onto your room at night to go to bed, you will feel like you are living in a luxury hotel 🏨

The feeling and thoughts that pillows add to a bed is warmth, style and luxury.

Quite often it is not necessary to remove all of the furniture from a property to present it in an appropriate way.

Taking out items, moving around fruniture and placing some finishing touches can present a room properly.

Adding throw pillows, art work and some lamps completes this room nicely.

Sounds absurd doesn't it?
But I'm serious!

Curb Appeal is just as important to presenting your home to Buyers as is the interior.

It is the very FIRST THING a Buyer sees as well as those that drive by can see that your house looks so nice in the outside, it must be great on the inside!

Here are some inexpensive ways to STAGE your Front Yard:
