Today marks Dory's 200th day with us at the shelter.

Dory headed out today for her day out to enjoy the sunshine 🌞

While we are so lucky to experience Dory's side-eye daily, her tail wags and her snoozy personality, we can't help but wonder where her people are.

We will keep searching and spoiling our girl (along with all the other animals in our care, of course!) as long as we have to. The day she gets adopted will be a big celebration!

Latest Market stats for the Durham Region.

We are still seeing slightly lower inventory and average sale prices over last year, however prices have improved since the start of the year and properties are still selling fairly quickly at an average of 16 days.
