Questions my sellers ask me ALL the time 👇

Selling a home comes with a lot of questions — and I’d much rather my sellers ask them upfront than feel like they’re guessing their way through one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll make.
A few questions I hear often:

🏡 “What if we don’t like the offer?”
You don’t have to accept an offer just because you received one. We can look at the price, conditions, timelines, financing and overall strength of the offer, then decide whether to accept, negotiate or walk away.

📊 “Should we focus more on what has sold or what’s currently active?”
Both matter! Sold properties tell us what buyers have actually been willing to pay, while active listings show us what you’re competing against right now. Looking at both helps us position your home strategically.

🔍 “Is a pre-listing inspection worth it?”
Sometimes, absolutely. It can uncover surprises before a buyer finds them and give you the opportunity to address issues on your own timeline — or decide what simply isn’t worth fixing.

🛠️ “Should we fix everything before we list?”
Not necessarily. Some updates can make a big difference, while others may not give you a worthwhile return. My job is to help you prioritize what’s actually worth your time and money.

And these are just a few of the questions that come up!
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to selling a home. Your property, your goals, your timeline and the current market all play a role.
