235lbs and probably the leanest I’ve ever been.

But the part I’m most proud of isn’t the number on the scale.

It’s knowing this is 10 years of work finally paying off.

Thousands of workouts. Years of eating when I wasn’t hungry. Training when I didn’t feel like it. Getting stronger, getting injured, rebuilding, and doing it all over again.

There’s no 30-day transformation here. No shortcut. Just a decade of consistently showing up and slowly building the version of myself I wanted to become.

And somehow… I still don’t feel done.
