⬆️New Listings total 764, a 2.0% increase compared to last February

⬇️Number of homes sold totalled 237, down 27% compared to last February

⬇️Average sale price in the area was $541,588 down 3.84% compared to last February.

🔑More listings and slightly lower sale prices means buyers have lots of opportunities to find the right home at the right price. Sellers may have to adjust their timeline and pricing strategy to ensure a smooth sale process.
