Greystone Atlantic Properties is an Annapolis Valley based property management company with properties located between Windsor and Wolfville. We are currently seeking an experienced maintenance worker. The ideal candidate will work closely with our property management team to ensure smooth operations of our buildings.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years experience
* Must provide your own vehicle and tools
Duties and responsibilities:
* General maintenance and repairs to residential and commercial buildings
* Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
* Minor electrical
* Minor plumbing
* Basic carpentry skills
* Basic venting and HVAC repairs and maintenance
* Other duties as assigned
* Conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
* Moving furniture as needed
* Work with minimal supervision yet remain accountable to completing tasks in an efficient manner
