Update: January 29, 2020

· The electrical supply for all floors, except the fifth and sixth, is expected to be activated after 6 pm Wednesday Jan. 29, 2020.

· Please ensure stove/ovens are turned off before turning on your breaker switches. Each breaker must be turned on one at a time.

· If you require assistance, call John at 226 348- 3000.

· The fifth and sixth floors will remain without service pending further analysis as repairs are made. Updates will be posted as more information becomes available.

· Please note services such as Bell/ Cogeco and front door phone may not work. Please call your service provider for TV and internet services.

· Please double bag any contents from fridges or freezers and bring them to the garbage room for proper disposal. Do not use garbage chute. · Please go to www.royalwindsorterrace.com for the latest updates.

· Note: Doughnuts and coffee will be available Thursday morning, Jan 30th

Update

January 27, 2020

· The electrical supply for all floors, except the fifth and sixth, is projected to be activated on Thursday Jan. 30, 2020. The fifth and sixth floors are projected to remain without service for the next 7 days for now.

· All residential units will be entered by RWT staff and all electrical breakers in the units will be turned off. As power is restored to the floor, all breakers will be turned back on individually to prevent a power surge. All residents are encouraged to unplug all electrical devices prior to Wednesday Jan 29, 2020.

· Some of the major components have arrived and more are on the way.

· Insurance: RWT is not responsible for any claims. Please ensure you contact your insurance agent for coverage eligibility.

· Please double bag any contents from fridges or freezers and bring them to the garbage room for proper disposal. Do not use garbage chute. · Please go to www.royalwindsorterrace.com for the latest updates.

Update on the power outage

January 24, 2020

· The electrical supply is projected to be out of service for at least the next 7 days.

· The cleaning and repair phases of the restoration have begun.

· Insurance: RWT is not responsible for any claims. Please ensure you contact your insurance agent for coverage eligibility.

· Please double bag any contents from fridges or freezers and bring them to the garbage room for proper disposal. PLEASE... DO NOT USE THE GARBAGE CHUTE FOR FRIDGE AND FREEZER CONTENTS!
