Kitchen flip! Sometimes our projects are full start-overs. Sometimes they’re a jigsaw puzzle of piecing together what we can. In this case, we decided to keep all the existing cabinetry as it was in excellent condition. What we did replace:
✨ countertops
✨ appliances
✨ hardware
✨ built a new unit for the stove (where the washer and dryer used to be)
✨ drywall and paint
✨ lighting
✨ sink and faucet
✨ and the god-awful wall panel that is now a beautiful green chevron subway tile to tie in the new green cabinetry for the stove

The peel and stick tile by The Smart Tiles was so easy to install, cost effective, and the perfect touch to update the kitchen and tie the design together. We love how it all turned out!! 😍

Can we take a second to appreciate this solid wood, white oak vanity 😍😍😍

What an amazing find by our client who knew it was love at first sight (er, site since she ordered it online 🤭).

It’s usually half way through cutting in that I question my choices 😆

Gorgeous, sleek 24x48 slabs, laid vertically to make the whole space feel taller, calmer, and more intentional.
Every edge wrapped perfectly. Every cut measured with laser precision. Clean, seamless grout lines and beautiful symmetry for a luxury look!

When tile is done right, it doesn’t just finish a bathroom —
it elevates the entire space. ✨
