🏡 Three move-ins in one month! 🎉

A huge congratulations and welcome home to our newest tenants! There’s nothing better than handing over the keys and knowing a new chapter is about to begin.

We believe moving should be exciting—not stressful. That’s why every one of our rental units is thoroughly prepared before move-in day. From cleaning and maintenance checks to making sure everything is ready to go, we work hard so you can simply unpack, settle in, and start enjoying your new home from day one.

Kitchen flip! Sometimes our projects are full start-overs. Sometimes they’re a jigsaw puzzle of piecing together what we can. In this case, we decided to keep all the existing cabinetry as it was in excellent condition. What we did replace:
✨ countertops
✨ appliances
✨ hardware
✨ built a new unit for the stove (where the washer and dryer used to be)
✨ drywall and paint
✨ lighting
✨ sink and faucet
✨ and the god-awful wall panel that is now a beautiful green chevron subway tile to tie in the new green cabinetry for the stove

The peel and stick tile by The Smart Tiles was so easy to install, cost effective, and the perfect touch to update the kitchen and tie the design together. We love how it all turned out!! 😍
