One thing I’ve learned throughout my career is that sales principles translate across industries.
Before real estate, I spent over a decade in automotive learning how to build teams, improve processes, negotiate, drive revenue and, most importantly, create results for both the business and the customer.
When I moved into real estate, I brought that same mentality with me.
Take the business seriously. Know your numbers. Understand your market. Follow up relentlessly. Create a great client experience. Compete. And always look for the opportunity to improve the result.
Over the past year, I’ve been fortunate to see that approach translate into multiple Top Producer finishes and several Top 3 rankings with Team Goran.
I’m incredibly grateful to every client who has trusted me to represent them. These results don’t happen without your support, referrals and confidence in me.
And while real estate has become my focus, I haven’t forgotten where I came from.
To the owners and operators I worked with in automotive: I still know how to walk into a business, identify opportunities, improve performance and help increase the bottom line. That competitive drive never left — I’ve just applied it to a new industry.
Today, I look at every real estate transaction with the same business mindset.
How do we create leverage?
How do we protect your money?
How do we maximize the opportunity?
How do we put you in a stronger financial position when the transaction is complete?
Different industry. Same standard.
Create value. Produce results. Take care of the client.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey so far. There’s a lot more to come.
