Tyler Perry's Atlanta studio sits on 330 acres of a former US Army base.

He paid $30 million for it in 2015. At 330 acres, it's bigger than Disney, Warner Bros., and Paramount combined.

On the lot he built a three-story, 80%-scale replica of the White House for a BET drama series - visiting the real one four times before breaking ground. He built it in 12 weeks.

The Secret Service ran training exercises there in 2023.

On Friday, April 17 at approximately 3:30 p.m. these two fourteen year old's were spotted riding this gasoline powered miniature jeep on Talbotville Gore Road in the Township of Southwold. They travelled from a residence on Talbot Line a few hundred meters west of Optimist Drive all the way to the Talbotville Esso on Sunset Road. This is a major safety concern and parents should be aware of what their children are doing.

Motorized vehicles are not allowed on sidewalks but from a safety perspective, these two were not always able to ride on the sidewalk in their journey. Don't allow your children to lose their motorized toy or risk their life.^jcb
