⚖️ TWO LEGAL SUPPORT OPTIONS

1. Retain an independent Ontario lawyer directly for $350 + HST per residential unit. Multi-unit pricing may be available directly from the lawyer.

2. Owners proceeding with OLH Property Management may receive transition support through an independent legal support team at no additional legal fee. Regular property management fees and agreement terms apply.

✅ NEW OLH TERMINATION OPTION

OLH is updating its own property management agreements for SIREG owners to include a one-business-day written termination option. This option will also be offered to SIREG owners who have already signed an OLH agreement.

This change applies only to your agreement with OLH. It does not cancel or change an agreement with SIREG or another property manager.

OLH does not provide legal advice or direct owners to cancel existing agreements. Every owner decides voluntarily whether to proceed.
